- Serve as an ambassador of the Maison, embodying the values and history of Chaumet to clients.
- Deliver the Chaumet experience by welcoming clients in accordance with the Maison's ceremonial principles.
- Identify client needs and tailor the sales approach accordingly.
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets to drive the boutique's commercial success.
- Enhance the client database through meticulous creation, consultation, and updates of client records.
- Foster customer loyalty through targeted actions aligned with company events and activations.
- Participate in regular team briefings and exchange key information with colleagues.
- Adhere to security guidelines, payment procedures, and stock management protocols.
- Gain proficiency in stock management, Visual Merchandising, CRM, training, and after-sales service.
- Manage basic after-sales service requests and client interactions.
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales role within the luxury goods and jewellery sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and a passion for retail.
- Deep interest in jewellery and the Chaumet brand.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to listen and empathize.
- Integrity and adherence to procedural compliance.
- Cultural awareness and storytelling proficiency.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional rare language is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years in a sales role, preferably within the luxury goods and jewellery sector.
