- Deliver a warm and luxurious welcome to clients, enhancing the Chaumet Experience.
- Guide clients through the purchasing process with a relevant selection of pieces.
- Play a pivotal role in the selling ceremony, creating memorable experiences for clients.
- Engage clients emotionally, introducing them to the world of Chaumet.
- Contribute to the boutique's commercial development by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Achieve personal sales objectives to support the boutique's overall targets.
- Develop and update the customer database, creating future sales opportunities.
- Conduct clienteling activities, including inviting clients to Maison events.
- Prepare for VIP client visits with tailored selections.
- Participate in store operations, contributing to collective targets and team activities.
- Engage in team meetings, challenges, and events, providing valuable input.
- Monitor performance indicators and customer feedback, ensuring compliance with security and stock management protocols.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on displays and participate in stock-keeping and after-sales activities.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a commercial role, ideally within the luxury and jewelry sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and a drive for achieving goals.
- Passion for the jewelry sector and the Maison Chaumet.
- Empathy and excellent listening skills.
- Personable demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Business acumen and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
A minimum of 3 years in a commercial function, preferably in the luxury and jewelry industry.
