- Provide a warm and luxurious welcome, ensuring a memorable Chaumet Experience for clients.
- Assist clients in their purchasing process by offering a curated selection of pieces.
- Engage clients in an emotional journey, enhancing their discovery of Chaumet's world.
- Achieve personal sales objectives, contributing to the boutique's overall targets.
- Develop and maintain the customer database by creating and updating client files.
- Expand the client base by developing a personal customer portfolio.
- Organize and invite clients to Maison events, enhancing client relationships.
- Prepare for VIP client visits by selecting appropriate pieces for the occasion.
- Participate in store operations, contributing to collective targets and team activities.
- Engage in team meetings, challenges, and events, providing valuable input.
- Monitor performance indicators and customer feedback, ensuring high standards.
- Adhere to security guidelines, cashier procedures, and stock management rules.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on window and internal displays.
- Participate in stock-keeping and after-sales activities.
- Minimum of 3 years in a commercial role, preferably within the luxury and jewelry sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving goals.
