1. Serve as an ambassador of Maison Chaumet, embodying over 240 years of history and excellence to clients.
2. Deliver an exceptional Chaumet experience through warm and luxurious client interactions.
3. Guide clients through the purchasing process, offering a curated selection of pieces.
4. Enhance the selling ceremony by creating memorable and surprising experiences for clients.
5. Engage clients in an emotional journey, introducing them to the world of Chaumet.
6. Contribute to the boutique's commercial success by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
7. Achieve personal sales targets and support the boutique in reaching collective goals.
8. Expand the customer database by updating and managing client files.
9. Develop a personal client portfolio to generate future sales opportunities.
10. Organize and invite clients to Maison events, enhancing client relationships.
11. Prepare for VIP client visits with tailored selections.
12. Participate in store operations, team meetings, and performance monitoring.
13. Ensure compliance with security, cashier, and stock management procedures.
14. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on displays and windows.
15. Assist in stock management and after-sales services.

1. Minimum of 5 years in a commercial role, preferably within the luxury and jewelry sectors.
2. Demonstrated commercial acumen and a drive for achieving goals.
3. Deep passion for the jewelry industry and Maison Chaumet.

1. Empathy and strong listening abilities.
2. Excellent storytelling and communication skills, both written and oral.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and Russian is advantageous but not required.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a commercial capacity, ideally within the luxury and jewelry domains.
