Chaumet Sales Advisor

- Serve as an ambassador of Maison Chaumet, embodying over 240 years of history and excellence to clients.
- Deliver an exceptional Chaumet experience through warm and luxurious client interactions.
- Guide clients through the purchasing process, offering a curated selection of pieces.
- Enhance the selling ceremony by creating memorable and surprising experiences for clients.
- Engage clients in an emotional journey, introducing them to the world of Chaumet.
- Contribute to the boutique's commercial success by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Achieve personal sales targets and support the boutique in reaching collective goals.
- Expand the customer database by updating and managing client files.
- Develop a personal client portfolio to generate future sales opportunities.
- Organize and invite clients to Maison events, enhancing client relationships.
- Prepare for VIP client visits with tailored selections.
- Participate in store operations, team meetings, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with security, cashier, and stock management procedures.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on displays and windows.
- Assist in stock management and after-sales services.
- Minimum of 5 years in a commercial role, preferably within the luxury and jewelry sectors.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and a drive for achieving goals.
- Deep passion for the jewelry industry and Maison Chaumet.
- Empathy and strong listening abilities.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and Russian is advantageous but not required.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a commercial capacity, ideally within the luxury and jewelry domains.
