1. Serve as an ambassador of Maison Chaumet, embodying its 240-year legacy and culture of excellence.
2. Deliver an exceptional client experience through warm and luxurious interactions.
3. Guide clients through the purchasing process, offering a curated selection of pieces.
4. Enhance the selling ceremony by creating memorable and surprising experiences for clients.
5. Cultivate and expand the boutique's client base by achieving sales objectives and developing customer portfolios.
6. Engage in clienteling activities, including event invitations and VIP client preparations.
7. Contribute to seamless store operations and participate actively in team dynamics.
8. Ensure adherence to security, cashier, and stock management protocols.
9. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on displays and participate in stock-keeping and after-sales activities.

1. Minimum of 5 years in a commercial role, preferably within the luxury and jewelry sectors.

1. Strong commercial acumen and goal-oriented mindset.
2. Passion for the jewelry sector and Maison Chaumet.
3. Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in storytelling and communication, both written and oral.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and Russian is advantageous but not mandatory.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a commercial capacity, ideally within the luxury and jewelry industries.
