Chaumet Sales Advisor

- Serve as an ambassador of Maison Chaumet, sharing its 240-year legacy with clients.
- Deliver an exceptional Chaumet Experience through warm and luxurious client interactions.
- Guide clients through the purchasing process, offering a curated selection of pieces.
- Engage clients emotionally, enhancing their journey through the world of Chaumet.
- Contribute to the boutique's commercial development by acquiring and retaining clients.
- Achieve personal sales targets to support the boutique's overall objectives.
- Develop and manage a personal client portfolio, expanding the client base.
- Participate in clienteling activities, including event invitations and VIP client preparations.
- Ensure seamless store operations and contribute actively to the store's life.
- Participate in team meetings, challenges, and events, providing valuable input.
- Monitor performance indicators and customer feedback, ensuring security and stock management procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on displays and participate in stock-keeping and after-sales activities.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a commercial role, preferably within the luxury and jewelry sector.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with a focus on achieving goals and challenges.
- Strong passion for the jewelry sector and Maison Chaumet.
- Empathy, excellent listening skills, and personable demeanor.
- Business acumen and storytelling ability.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial role, ideally within the luxury and jewelry industry, is required.
