Chaumet Sales Advisor

- Serve as an ambassador of Maison Chaumet, sharing its rich 240-year history and culture of excellence with clients.
- Deliver an exceptional Chaumet experience through warm and luxurious customer interactions.
- Guide clients through the purchasing process, offering a curated selection of pieces.
- Enhance the selling ceremony by creating memorable and surprising client experiences.
- Engage clients in an emotional journey, introducing them to the world of Chaumet.
- Contribute to the boutique's commercial growth by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
- Achieve personal sales targets to support the boutique's overall objectives.
- Develop and manage a customer portfolio, expanding the client base.
- Organize clienteling activities, including inviting clients to Maison events.
- Prepare for VIP client visits with tailored selections.
- Participate in store operations, contributing to team targets and activities.
- Engage in team meetings, challenges, and events, providing valuable input.
- Monitor performance indicators and customer feedback, ensuring adherence to security and stock management protocols.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on displays and participate in stock-keeping and after-sales activities.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial role.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving goals.
- Passion for the jewelry sector and Maison Chaumet.
- Empathy, excellent listening skills, and personable demeanor.
- Business acumen and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and memorable client experiences.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in client relationship management.
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising and stock management.
A minimum of 3 years in a commercial function within the luxury sector is required.
