1. Act as an ambassador of Chaumet, embodying the brand's values and heritage to clients.
2. Deliver the Chaumet experience by welcoming clients in accordance with the brand's sales ceremony principles.
3. Understand client profiles and tailor sales offerings accordingly.
4. Achieve individual and collective sales targets to contribute to the store's commercial success.
5. Actively participate in expanding the client database by creating, consulting, and updating client records.
6. Foster client loyalty through specific actions aligned with company events and activations.
7. Engage in regular briefings and actively exchange key updates with colleagues to enhance boutique life.
8. Adhere to security protocols, cash handling procedures, and stock management standards.
9. Acquire foundational knowledge in stock management, visual merchandising, CRM, training, and after-sales service to support the boutique.
10. Assist after-sales clients and manage basic service requests.

1. 3-4 years of experience in luxury goods and jewelry sales.

2. Strong interest in jewelry and the Chaumet brand.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, empathy, and teamwork.
4. Integrity and adherence to procedures.
5. Cultural awareness and storytelling ability.
6. Proficiency in French and English; additional uncommon languages are advantageous.

3-4 years of experience in luxury goods and jewelry sales.
