Chaumet Sales Advisor

- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and heritage of Chaumet to clients.
- Deliver the Chaumet experience by welcoming clients in accordance with the maison's sales ceremony principles.
- Understand client profiles and tailor sales offerings accordingly.
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets to drive the boutique's commercial success.
- Engage in client database development through creation, consultation, and updates of client records.
- Foster client loyalty through targeted actions aligned with company events and activations.
- Participate in regular briefings and actively exchange key updates with colleagues.
- Adhere to security protocols, cash handling procedures, and stock management standards.
- Acquire foundational knowledge in stock management, visual merchandising, CRM, training, and after-sales service to support boutique operations.
- Manage basic after-sales service requests and client interactions.
- 3-4 years of experience in luxury goods and jewelry sales.
- Commercial acumen and a passion for retail challenges.
- Strong interest in jewelry and the Chaumet brand.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, empathy, and teamwork.
- Integrity and adherence to procedures.
- Cultural awareness, storytelling ability, and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.
3-4 years of experience in luxury goods and jewelry sales.
