1. Serve as an ambassador of Maison Chaumet, embodying its rich history and culture of excellence to all clients.
2. Facilitate an exceptional client experience through a warm and luxurious welcome, guiding clients through the purchasing process with a curated selection of pieces.
3. Engage clients in an emotional journey, enhancing their discovery of the Chaumet world.
4. Contribute to the boutique's commercial success by achieving personal sales targets and supporting team objectives.
5. Expand and maintain the customer database, creating new opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
6. Organize and participate in clienteling activities, including events and VIP client visits.
7. Ensure seamless store operations, participating actively in team meetings, performance monitoring, and adherence to security and stock management protocols.
8. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on window and internal displays.
9. Participate in stock-keeping and after-sales processes.

1. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a commercial role, preferably within the luxury and jewelry sector.
2. Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving goals and overcoming challenges.
3. Passion for the jewelry industry and Maison Chaumet.
4. Empathetic and personable with excellent listening skills.
5. Proficient in storytelling with strong written and oral communication skills.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and Russian is advantageous but not mandatory.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
4. Proficiency in client relationship management and database maintenance.

A minimum of 5 years in a commercial role, ideally within the luxury and jewelry industry.
