Chaumet Sales Advisor

- Serve as an ambassador of Maison Chaumet, embodying its rich history and culture of excellence to all clients.
- Facilitate an exceptional client experience through a warm and luxurious welcome, guiding clients through the purchasing process with a curated selection of pieces.
- Engage clients in an emotional journey, enhancing their discovery of the Chaumet world.
- Contribute to the boutique's commercial success by achieving personal sales targets and supporting team objectives.
- Expand and maintain the customer database, creating new opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
- Organize and participate in clienteling activities, including events and VIP client visits.
- Ensure seamless store operations, participating actively in team meetings, performance monitoring, and adherence to security and stock management protocols.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on window and internal displays.
- Participate in stock-keeping and after-sales processes.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a commercial role, preferably within the luxury and jewelry sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving goals and overcoming challenges.
- Passion for the jewelry industry and Maison Chaumet.
- Empathetic and personable with excellent listening skills.
- Proficient in storytelling with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and Russian is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and database maintenance.
A minimum of 5 years in a commercial role, ideally within the luxury and jewelry industry.
