1. Serve as an ambassador of Maison Chaumet, sharing its 240-year legacy and culture of excellence with clients.
2. Deliver an exceptional Chaumet Experience through warm and luxurious customer interactions.
3. Guide clients through the purchasing process, offering a curated selection of pieces.
4. Enhance the selling ceremony by creating memorable and surprising client experiences.
5. Engage clients emotionally, introducing them to the world of Chaumet.
6. Drive commercial development by achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.
7. Develop and maintain a robust customer database, creating future sales opportunities.
8. Conduct clienteling activities, inviting clients to Maison events and anticipating VIP visits.
9. Contribute to seamless store operations and participate actively in store activities.
10. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve collective boutique targets.
11. Participate in team meetings, challenges, and events, providing valuable input.
12. Monitor performance indicators and customer feedback, ensuring high standards.
13. Ensure compliance with security, cashier, and stock management procedures.
14. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on window and internal displays.
15. Assist in stock-keeping and after-sales processes.

1. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a commercial role, ideally within the luxury and jewelry sector.

2. Strong passion for the jewelry sector and Maison Chaumet.
3. Empathy and excellent listening skills.
4. Strong storytelling abilities and excellent communication skills.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and Russian is advantageous but not mandatory.

A minimum of 5 years in a commercial role, preferably within the luxury and jewelry industry.
