Chaumet Sales Advisor

- Serve as an ambassador of Maison Chaumet, sharing its 240-year legacy and culture of excellence with clients.
- Deliver an exceptional Chaumet Experience through warm and luxurious customer interactions.
- Guide clients through the purchasing process, offering a curated selection of pieces.
- Enhance the selling ceremony by creating memorable and surprising client experiences.
- Engage clients emotionally, introducing them to the world of Chaumet.
- Drive commercial development by achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.
- Develop and maintain a robust customer database, creating future sales opportunities.
- Conduct clienteling activities, inviting clients to Maison events and anticipating VIP visits.
- Contribute to seamless store operations and participate actively in store activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve collective boutique targets.
- Participate in team meetings, challenges, and events, providing valuable input.
- Monitor performance indicators and customer feedback, ensuring high standards.
- Ensure compliance with security, cashier, and stock management procedures.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on window and internal displays.
- Assist in stock-keeping and after-sales processes.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a commercial role, ideally within the luxury and jewelry sector.
- Commercial acumen with a focus on achieving goals.
- Strong passion for the jewelry sector and Maison Chaumet.
- Empathy and excellent listening skills.
- Strong storytelling abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and Russian is advantageous but not mandatory.
A minimum of 5 years in a commercial role, preferably within the luxury and jewelry industry.
