Chaumet Retail Performance Project Manager

- Lead and analyze retail performance across various regions, including China, Japan, APAC, Middle East, and Europe, focusing on KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, ASP, and UPT.
- Develop PowerBI reports to assess store performance, ensuring data reliability and improving existing reports in collaboration with Data and IT partners.
- Oversee global store action plans to enhance commercial performance and customer satisfaction, including mystery shopping campaigns and incentive programs like the 'Bee Challenge'.
- Manage the uniform ordering process, coordinating production, delivery, and consumption tracking.
- Facilitate the global retail community by organizing the annual international retail seminar, monthly newsletters, and quarterly regional meetings.
- Co-supervise an intern/trainee within the Retail Excellence team alongside the Retail Operations Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (Bac +5 equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as sales merchandising, business analysis, or retail.
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and modeling, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint; PowerBI is advantageous.
- Rigorous, autonomous, and proactive with excellent analytical capabilities.
- Team-oriented with adaptability and a strong understanding of jewelry and watchmaking markets.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales merchandising, business analysis, or retail.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (Bac +5 equivalent).
