1. Implement and coordinate after-sales and quality processes between retail stores, local workshops, and headquarters to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
2. Oversee the rollout of new retail sales and operations manuals and features related to the POS system, ensuring proper training and adoption across the retail network.
3. Develop and implement in-store client experience-focused tools and services to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
4. Manage staff grooming standards and ensure the availability and proper maintenance of necessary equipment for retail operations.
5. Manage loss prevention and security protocols to minimize risks and protect company assets.
6. Manage stores' maintenance, renovations, and store opening projects for both the retail and wholesale network, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
7. Plan and execute temporary sales-focused events and projects, such as pop-up shops, high-jewelry events, and jewelry fairs, coordinating logistics and resources to maximize sales opportunities.
8. Supervise and coordinate key administrative contracts for the retail network, including security, maintenance companies, cleaning staff, and insurance providers, ensuring compliance with contract terms and service level agreements.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, project management, or a related field.

1. Knowledge of retail management principles and practices.
2. Proven ability to implement and manage operational processes and tools.
3. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum of 5 years in retail operations, project management, or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
