Chaumet Recruitment and HR Development Assistant

- Manage the entire recruitment process for junior profiles, including interns and apprentices, across various head office departments: identifying needs, drafting and publishing job offers, CV selection, conducting pre-qualification calls, participating in interviews, and presenting candidates to managers.
- Oversee candidate management and optimize the talent pool by updating the candidate database and responding to unsolicited applications.
- Analyze the performance of interns and apprentices through mid-term and end-of-term reviews, serving as the primary contact for managers.
- Support school relations and employer branding by assisting in organizing various events and school projects in collaboration with the LVMH group, and participating in forums.
- Organize diverse internal events for the Young Talents community.
- Participate in various HR projects related to internal communication, HR reporting, social relations, CSR, gender equality, and the Disability Mission, depending on ongoing projects within the HR team.
- Currently enrolled in a business school, IEP, or equivalent university with a specialization in HR
- Service orientation, diplomacy, and relational intelligence
- Autonomy, proactivity, enthusiasm, and curiosity
- Organizational skills and confidentiality
- Strong writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English
Entry-level experience required.
Currently enrolled in a business school, IEP, or equivalent university with a specialization in HR.
Hybrid working mode, providing a balance between remote and in-office work.
