1. Manage the complete recruitment process for junior profiles, including interns and apprentices, across various departments at the headquarters.
2. Update and optimize the candidate database, and respond to spontaneous applications.
3. Analyze the performance of interns and apprentices through mid-term and end-of-term evaluations, serving as the primary contact for managers.
4. Assist in organizing school-related events and employer branding projects in collaboration with LVMH, and participate in career forums.
5. Organize various internal events for the Young Talents community.
6. Contribute to ongoing HR projects, including internal communication, HR reporting, social relations, CSR, gender equality, and the Disability Mission.

1. Enrolled in a business school, IEP, or equivalent university with a specialization in HR.

1. Service-oriented with diplomacy and relational intelligence.
2. Autonomous, proactive, enthusiastic, and curious.
3. Organized with a strong sense of confidentiality.
4. Excellent writing skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Fluent in English.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
