Chaumet Recruitment & HR Development Assistant (Alternance)

- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for junior profiles (interns and alternants): collect hiring needs, draft and publish job postings, screen applications, conduct phone pre‑qualifications, take part in interviews, present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and follow up on offer processes.
- Maintain and optimise the candidate pool: update the applicant database and process unsolicited applications.
- Support design and rollout of pre‑boarding and onboarding programmes for interns and alternants, organise site visits and lead integration sessions.
- Animate the early‑career community by organising events and afterworks to engage young talents.
- Monitor performance of interns and alternants through midpoint and final review meetings in close collaboration with managers.
- Support school relations and employer‑brand activities: help organise campus events, participate in school forums and collaborate on LVMH group initiatives.
- Provide administrative HR support for trainees and alternants: draft and follow up internship agreements and CERFA, manage hiring formalities and liaise with the OPCO for alternance contracts.
- Contribute to cross‑functional HR projects as needed (internal communication, HR reporting, social relations, RSE and equality initiatives, Mission Handicap).
- Enrolment in a business school, IEP or equivalent university programme with a specialisation in Human Resources.
- First practical experience in HR (internship or similar) is expected.
- Fluent English (Anglais courant).
- Strong written communication and professional drafting skills.
- High level of discretion, organisational rigour and respect for confidentiality.
- Service‑oriented attitude, diplomacy and strong interpersonal intelligence.
- Autonomy, proactivity, curiosity and a positive, enthusiastic approach to teamwork.
- Microsoft Office (Pack Office)

- Basic HR reporting and documentation
Entry‑level: candidates should be students with at least one prior HR internship or equivalent first experience in human resources.
Enrolment in a business school, Institut d'études politiques (IEP) or equivalent university programme with a specialisation in Human Resources.
