1. Analyze and address feedback from boutiques regarding defective products using dedicated tools.
2. Conduct quality checks on returned items and propose diagnostics.
3. Identify root causes of non-conformities and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
4. Document and track incidents to ensure continuous improvement and prevent recurrence of defects.
5. Support markets with specific quality-related issues, such as quality charters and repair guidelines.
6. Participate in the implementation and monitoring of projects aimed at optimizing quality processes in collaboration with local teams.
7. Develop tools and communication materials to raise awareness of quality best practices among teams.
8. Coordinate and execute the replacement process for high jewelry packaging, considering logistical and commercial constraints of each market.
9. Monitor the evolution of new packaging and ensure compliance with Maison standards.
10. Collaborate with Performance & CSR teams to integrate environmental requirements and consider packaging lifecycle.
11. Continuously evaluate the adoption of new packaging by gathering field feedback, identifying potential issues, and proposing corrective actions.
12. Propose a sustainable strategy for ordering and supplying new packaging in collaboration with development and supply chain teams.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (engineering school, business school, or university) with a specialization in Project Management, Quality, or a related field.
2. Interest in the luxury industry and understanding of product quality issues.
3. Meticulous, analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
