- Analyze and address feedback from boutiques regarding defective products using dedicated tools.
- Conduct quality checks on returned items and propose diagnostics.
- Identify root causes of non-conformities and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Document and track incidents to ensure continuous improvement and prevent recurrence of defects.
- Support markets with specific quality-related issues, such as quality charters and repair guidelines.
- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of projects aimed at optimizing quality processes in collaboration with local teams.
- Develop tools and communication materials to raise awareness of quality best practices among teams.
- Coordinate and execute the replacement process for high jewelry packaging, considering logistical and commercial constraints of each market.
- Monitor the evolution of new packaging and ensure compliance with Maison standards.
- Collaborate with Performance & CSR teams to integrate environmental requirements and consider packaging lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate the adoption of new packaging by gathering field feedback, identifying potential issues, and proposing corrective actions.
- Propose a sustainable strategy for ordering and supplying new packaging in collaboration with development and supply chain teams.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (engineering school, business school, or university) with a specialization in Project Management, Quality, or a related field.
- Interest in the luxury industry and understanding of product quality issues.
- Meticulous, analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
