Chaumet Purchasing Manager: Visual Merchandising

- Develop and enhance purchasing strategy for the Visual Merchandising category, collaborating closely with teams.
- Foster synergies and resource sharing across departments and geographical zones.
- Promote the role of Responsible Purchasing within Chaumet, LVMH, and with external partners.
- Define and maintain a supplier reference strategy.
- Support internal clients in defining and formalizing their needs.
- Ensure RSE considerations are integrated from the design phase, including eco-design and material selection.
- Prepare and conduct tenders for new developments, including specifications and pricing grids.
- Analyze quotes and negotiate terms and conditions.
- Oversee logistics and production, organizing quality controls.
- Manage project budgets and create expense reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with supply and VM teams on restocking and supply strategies.
- Implement KPIs.
- Manage supplier database and relationships, including site visits and quality checks.
- Regularly seek new suppliers, materials, and innovations.
- Monitor purchasing performance by volume and value.
- Track Responsible Purchasing performance indicators in line with LVMH's environmental roadmap.
- Develop the Ecovadis program with strategic suppliers.
- Conduct factory audits and manage end-of-life processes for developed elements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (BAC +5)
- Minimum of 6 years experience in Indirect Purchasing, ideally in similar categories
- Strong image, design, and material sensitivity
- Attention to detail
- Curiosity and initiative
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Prioritization and flexibility
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Indirect Purchasing, with a strong impact on brand image.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (BAC +5)
