Chaumet Purchasing Manager - Visual Merchandising

1. Develop and strengthen purchasing strategy for Visual Merchandising category.
2. Collaborate with internal departments to create synergies and mutualization of projects and suppliers.
3. Promote responsible purchasing within the company and with external partners.
4. Define and manage supplier referencing strategy.
5. Support internal clients in defining and formalizing their needs.
6. Ensure consideration of sustainability issues in design phase.
7. Prepare and conduct tenders for new developments.
8. Analyze quotes and negotiate terms and conditions.
9. Oversee logistics and production, ensuring quality control.
10. Manage project budgets and create expense reports.
11. Coordinate restocking strategies with supply and VM teams.
12. Implement KPIs.
13. Manage supplier database and relationships.
14. Regularly seek new suppliers, materials, tools, and innovations.
15. Monitor supplier performance in terms of volume and value.
16. Track performance indicators for responsible purchasing.
17. Develop Ecovadis program with strategic suppliers.
18. Conduct factory audits and manage end-of-life processes for developed elements.

1. Bachelor's degree +5, Business or Engineering School.
2. Minimum 6 years of experience in Indirect Purchasing, ideally in similar categories.

1. Strong image, design, and material sensitivity.
2. Attention to detail.
3. Curiosity and proactivity.
4. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills.
5. Knowledge of PowerBI is an advantage.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously.
7. Capability to prioritize and be flexible/agile.
8. Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Minimum 5 years of experience required.
