Chaumet Project Manager - Continuous Improvement

- Manage and coordinate continuous improvement projects for jewelry products, ensuring adherence to defined milestones such as data analysis, feasibility study, and solution deployment.
- Oversee and control the implementation of improvements with suppliers, managing action plans and ensuring the realization of associated gains.
- Facilitate effective communication between various departments, including Methods, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marketing.
- Lead and actively participate in the search for technical solutions in collaboration with method engineers and manufacturing workshops.
- Analyze manufacturing processes, particularly lost-wax casting and machining, to identify improvement opportunities for bestselling products.
- Define product improvement strategies in terms of design to reduce manufacturing costs.
- Develop repair processes in collaboration with the Quality Market team and After-Sales Service.
- Contribute to the definition and drafting of standards and analyze quality and after-sales service issues.
- Engineering degree in mechanics or equivalent university education.
- Significant experience in jewelry product design and/or manufacturing.
- Experience in product development and/or manufacturing methods (metallurgy, lost-wax casting, machining) is advantageous.
- Strong technical acumen and interest in the jewelry manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (Rhino or Creo), project management, and proactive problem-solving.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Technical expertise to serve as an internal and external liaison.
- Ability to demonstrate rigor, initiative, and curiosity.
A significant initial experience in jewelry product design and/or manufacturing is required.
Engineering degree in mechanics or equivalent university education.
Travel expenses for business trips in France and Italy are covered, including transportation, accommodation, and meals.
