Chaumet Project Assistant, Care Services

- Conduct monthly analysis of worldwide after-sales service data in collaboration with Care Services affiliates.
- Utilize Power BI for data analysis and report enhancement.
- Share quarterly data insights with various departments and provide monthly alerts as necessary.
- Participate in the deployment and rollout planning of the e-Care tool, including specifications, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Contribute to project planning and coordination with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication between business and technical teams.
- Assist in change management by creating training materials, organizing training sessions, and gathering user feedback for improvements.
- Support the Care Services Manager and operational team in supplier analysis, operational management of special watch strap orders, and competitive benchmarking.
- Develop and update Care Services communications and guidelines, proposing solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program.
- Affinity for the luxury and jewelry sectors.
- Recognized for rigor, reliability, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of SAP and/or Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and initiative to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
