1. Conduct monthly analysis of worldwide after-sales service data in collaboration with Care Services affiliates.
2. Utilize Power BI for data analysis and report enhancement.
3. Share quarterly data insights with various departments and provide monthly alerts as necessary.
4. Participate in the deployment and rollout planning of the e-Care tool, including specifications, configuration, testing, and deployment.
5. Contribute to project planning and coordination with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication between business and technical teams.
6. Assist in change management by creating training materials, organizing training sessions, and gathering user feedback for improvements.
7. Support the Care Services Manager and operational team in supplier analysis, operational management of special watch strap orders, and competitive benchmarking.
8. Develop and update Care Services communications and guidelines, proposing solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program.
2. Affinity for the luxury and jewelry sectors.
3. Recognized for rigor, reliability, and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

1. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Knowledge of SAP and/or Power BI is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational skills and initiative to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in a relevant field.
