Chaumet Production Administrative Assistant — Jewellery (Internship)

- Act as the primary contact to ensure all supplier invoices (jewellery, POS/display, boxes, leather straps) are received and recorded.
- Reconcile invoices within tracking tables and verify invoice data against current price lists and tariffs.
- Enter invoice data into SAP (MM module) and maintain accurate transactional records.
- Monitor and follow up on missing pieces or documentation; liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
- Use reporting tools and KPIs to ensure supplier payments are executed within contractual timeframes.
- Propose and implement process improvements to optimise data verification and invoicing workflows.
- Support transversal and operational tasks within the Industrial Direction & Craftsmanship department as required.
- Work on site at the Paris head office (position is not eligible for remote work).
- Currently pursuing a Bac+2/3 diploma (two to three years post-secondary) in a generalist programme.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables and formulas) and Outlook.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, specifically the MM module.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, responsive, able to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing requirements.
- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude; prior professional experience or internships are an advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Entry-level — no prior professional experience required. Previous internships or corporate experience in administration, procurement, or production support are advantageous.
