Chaumet Product Master Data Assistant Intern

- Input and update product data: Enrich product records with precise and comprehensive information (descriptions, technical specifications) across various systems.
- Quality control of data: Verify the consistency, accuracy, and reliability of product data and digital assets (images, videos) to ensure their integrity and compliance with specifications.
- Manage digital assets: Organize and classify digital assets within the DAM Bynder.
- Interdepartmental collaboration: Facilitate or participate in workshops with teams from other departments.
- Adhere to standards and procedures: Apply Chaumet's data management guidelines and best practices, proposing optimizations for procedures and processes.
- Assist Product Owner PIM & DAM: Onboard, train, and support new users on the PIM and DAM. Conduct technological watch on these tools, understanding the development roadmap of vendors, and identifying opportunities for Maison Chaumet.
- Student pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac +2/+3) in Business, Engineering, or University studies.
- Strong interest in information systems-related issues.
- Attention to detail, organization, and rigor.
- Team spirit and proactivity.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP (preferably SAP), PIM (preferably Akeneo), or DAM (preferably Bynder) is a plus.
Beginner level experience is acceptable.
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac +2/+3) in relevant fields.
