Chaumet Product Master Data Assistant Intern

- Input and update product data: Enrich product records with precise and comprehensive information (descriptions, technical specifications) across various systems.
- Quality control of data: Verify the consistency, accuracy, and reliability of product data and digital assets (images, videos) to ensure integrity and adherence to specifications.
- Manage digital assets: Organize and classify digital assets within the DAM Bynder.
- Interdepartmental collaboration: Facilitate or participate in workshops with teams from other departments.
- Adhere to standards and procedures: Apply Chaumet's data management guidelines and best practices, proposing optimizations for procedures and processes.
- Assist Product Owner for PIM & DAM: Onboard new users to PIM and DAM, provide training and support, and conduct technological monitoring of these tools.
- Student pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac +2/+3) in Business, Engineering, or University.
- Strong interest in information systems issues.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, teamwork, proactivity, excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP (preferably SAP), PIM (preferably Akeneo), or DAM (preferably Bynder) is a plus.
Entry-level, suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's degree in progress (Bac +2/+3) in Business, Engineering, or related field.
