1. Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance Maison Chaumet's presence in the Middle East.
2. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure media coverage and maximize brand exposure.
3. Collaborate with the Communication Director to devise regional communication and influencer engagement strategies.
4. Accelerate digital, social, and content strategies to engage new audiences, including Gen Z and Millennials.
5. Establish KPI measurements for influencer activations and set local market goals.
6. Adapt department structure to align with evolving brand and media landscapes.
7. Create engaging content for various channels, including press releases and articles.
8. Plan and coordinate PR events and product launches to generate media interest.
9. Monitor media coverage and social media conversations to identify trends and risks, developing appropriate responses.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for communication support on initiatives such as product launches and crisis management.
11. Analyze communication campaign effectiveness using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations.
12. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging communication technologies.
13. Assist in the development and implementation of the communication budget.

1. Minimum of 5 years of public relations or communications experience with luxury brands, either in-house or agency.
2. Fluency in Arabic and English, with French as an advantageous skill.
