Chaumet Personnel Administration Manager

- Ensure the governance of personnel administrative management in compliance with current regulations and aligned with corporate strategies.
- Guarantee accurate economic, social security, and tax treatment of employees.
- Support HR processes with reliable data and contribute to organizational well-being through precise and continuous improvement-oriented services.
- Oversee monthly closure of employee attendance records to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Update, control, and transmit payroll variables to labor consultants monthly.
- Manage and update employee records and management systems, ensuring security and compliance with reporting requirements for the company and parent group.
- Analyze and prepare data for communications with entities such as INPS, INAIL, and the Ministry of Labor.
- Coordinate mandatory obligations, including hiring, extensions, terminations, and mandatory communications on ministerial sites.
- Manage employee funds (Health, Pension, TFR) for various employee categories.
- Support labor consultants in managing complex or anomalous situations.
- Oversee employee contract management, ensuring legal and fiscal compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Administer payroll and fiscal aspects of corporate welfare plans.
- Monitor and provide KPI reports for effective personnel management, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and gender equality KPIs.
- Prepare and monitor annual budget definitions and revisions in coordination with corporate and group guidelines.
- Manage labor cost accounting in collaboration with Finance and Control departments.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly forecasts for cost controlling aligned with corporate objectives.
- Participate in salary review processes in compliance with corporate and group guidelines.
- Manage corporate benefits where applicable.
- Bachelor's degree in humanities or sciences, preferably in economics or law, or equivalent qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll, labor law, and compensation & benefits tools.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR functions, focusing on payroll, budgeting, labor costs, and compensation policies.
- Familiarity with Zucchetti software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all corporate levels.
- Passion and genuine interest in human resources.
- Knowledge of the metalworking national collective labor agreement (plus if in the gold sector).
- Strong analytical skills and structured activity management.
- Proficiency in English and/or French.
