1. Assist the Omnichannel Manager in optimizing the Maison's omnichannel services, including online appointment booking modules, internal product catalogs, and customer satisfaction management tools, using agile methodologies.
2. Manage the store locator tool to enhance both physical and online store traffic, including the creation of store profiles, maximizing visibility on platforms like Google and Apple, and improving UI/UX on chaumet.com.
3. Collaborate with local markets to professionalize customer service centers through training, tool development, and reporting to ensure a consistent customer experience.
4. Consolidate monthly results from various tools and share insights with markets, developing action plans with Retail and Training teams to enhance the customer experience.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business School or equivalent university program.
2. Ideally, previous internship experience in digital or digital project management.
