Chaumet Omnichannel Project Assistant Intern

- Ensure optimal package preparation and delivery experiences by collaborating with delivery partners, warehouse, and customer service to optimize processes.
- Support the e-Commerce Manager in deploying site optimizations and new functionalities, conducting benchmarks to inform strategic decisions and participating in testing phases to ensure quality deliverables.
- Manage product presentation on the website using the Magento e-commerce platform and optimize search result relevance using Algolia to enhance customer navigation and product discovery.
- Assist the Omnichannel Manager in optimizing omnichannel services, such as online appointment scheduling and customer satisfaction evaluation tools, using the Agile project management methodology.
- Collaborate closely with Retail and Training teams to consolidate monthly results from various tools, share analyses with international markets, and contribute to the development of action plans to ensure a globally optimal customer experience.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/+5) in Business School or equivalent university program.
- Ideally, previous internship experience in e-Commerce or digital project management.
- Strong interest in digital commerce and project management.
- Meticulous, proactive, and customer and results-oriented.
- Enthusiastic, curious, with excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and adaptability skills.
Entry-level, suitable for candidates with initial internship experience in e-Commerce or digital projects.
Master's degree in progress (Bac +4/+5) in Business or related field.
