1. Calculate quarterly replenishment needs for packaging materials.
2. Place and monitor orders to warehouses, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
3. Control stock levels and market allocations.
4. Structure e-commerce packaging management.
5. Plan and supply customer-facing promotional materials.
6. Calculate and manage stock levels and replenishment needs for non-merchandise items.
7. Support various departments in order management to warehouses.
8. Lead and support allocation of non-merchandise goods.
9. Monitor packaging evolution projects.
10. Develop and enhance management tools.
11. Automate daily operational tasks.

1. Degree from an engineering school or a master's in logistics or supply chain.
2. First experience in planning.

1. Meticulous with a strong analytical aptitude.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills with adaptability and persuasion.
3. Project management enthusiasm.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; PowerBI is a plus.
6. Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP.

Entry-level experience in planning is required.
