Chaumet Methods & Series Life Engineering Assistant

- Actively participate in the enhancement of jewelry products through Series Life projects.
- Lead the implementation of manufacturing process improvements with suppliers, coordinating action plans, schedules, and communication with all teams.
- Provide technical support for Series Life projects, focusing on quality improvement, reduction of after-sales service returns, and optimization of manufacturing processes.
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify improvement and re-engineering opportunities for Series Life products and implement them.
- Develop repair processes in collaboration with the Quality and After-Sales Service team.
- Compile technical manufacturing dossiers for developed pieces and update product data libraries.
- Create or retrieve technical documents for manufacturing dossiers, including 3D files, manufacturing plans, production elements, and manufacturing processes.
- Validate and archive technical dossier elements in the PLM system.
- Participate in the verification and referencing of production elements using RFID software.
- Manage the flow of physical manufacturing elements with various suppliers.
- Ensure the updating of Chaumet's standard jewelry documents.
- Participate in the control of discrepancies between pieces and their digital definitions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Project Management.
- Knowledge of CAD, project management concepts, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Strong interest in technical aspects and the jewelry manufacturing industry.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, curiosity, autonomy, and rigor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong listening and teaching abilities.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with industrial and jewelry manufacturing processes is a plus.
