- Lead regional media planning, public relations, influencer outreach, and content adaptation in collaboration with regional teams and agencies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
- Plan and execute boutique animations and in-store activations to enhance client experiences.
- Collaborate with retail and training teams for seamless execution and alignment with brand narratives.
- Monitor luxury market trends and competitors to inform activation strategies.
- Design and execute exclusive client experiences and events tailored for high-value clients.
- Partner with retail teams to create personalized engagement journeys and nurture client loyalty.
- Identify storytelling opportunities that connect clients to Chaumet's heritage and craftsmanship.
- Develop co-branding and partnership opportunities with aligned cultural and luxury institutions.
- Act as a regional liaison between headquarters, local markets, and external vendors.
- Manage regional marketing and event budgets with a focus on brand impact and ROI.
- Track KPIs and campaign results, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and brand governance policies.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or client engagement within the luxury industry, preferably in jewellery, watches, or fashion.
- Proven track record in brand-building, public relations, and high-end event execution.
- Experience working across Southeast Asia with an understanding of local luxury consumer behaviors and cultural nuances.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability across diverse markets.
- Deep understanding of luxury clientele, emotional branding, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and senior stakeholders.
- High aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail aligned with Chaumet's brand universe.
Minimum 7 years in marketing, communications, or client engagement within the luxury industry.
