Chaumet Machining Workshop Manager

1. Manage the personnel in the machining sector, including programmers and setters, ensuring efficient production processes.
2. Ensure timely production schedules and distribute workload among the team based on production constraints.
3. Coordinate daily activities and ensure the efficiency of machinery, including settings and maintenance.
4. Oversee continuous process improvement initiatives.
5. Manage sector resources and guide team members towards achieving objectives.
6. Organize the management of consumables, production tools, and programs.
7. Monitor and report on production indicators such as quality, timelines, and costs.
8. Conduct activity reporting through dashboards and production reports.
9. Participate in design and industrialization reviews and provide technical support to development, methods, and quality services.

1. Technical horological training with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Strong communication skills and ability to unite teams around concrete projects.
2. Proficient knowledge of machine tools.
3. Familiarity with programming software, preferably Gibbscam.
4. Proficiency in MS Office tools.
5. Knowledge of SAP.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Technical horological training is required.
