Chaumet Machining Workshop Manager

- Manage the personnel in the machining sector, including programmers and setters, ensuring efficient production processes.
- Ensure timely production schedules and distribute workload among the team based on production constraints.
- Coordinate daily activities and ensure the efficiency of machinery, including settings and maintenance.
- Oversee continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Manage sector resources and guide team members towards achieving objectives.
- Organize the management of consumables, production tools, and programs.
- Monitor and report on production indicators such as quality, timelines, and costs.
- Conduct activity reporting through dashboards and production reports.
- Participate in design and industrialization reviews and provide technical support to development, methods, and quality services.
- Technical horological training with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to unite teams around concrete projects.
- Proficient knowledge of machine tools.
- Familiarity with programming software, preferably Gibbscam.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of SAP.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Technical horological training is required.
