- Manage the personnel within the machining sector, including programmers and setters, ensuring efficient production follow-up.
- Ensure timely manufacturing processes.
- Plan and allocate the workload of the team, focusing on programming and machining according to production constraints.
- Coordinate daily activities to maintain operational efficiency.
- Oversee the efficiency of the machinery, including settings and maintenance.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes.
- Manage sector resources effectively.
- Guide and support team members towards achieving objectives.
- Organize the management of consumables, production tools, and programs.
- Monitor and follow production indicators such as quality, timelines, and costs.
- Provide regular activity reports, including dashboards and production reports.
- Participate in design and industrialization reviews.
- Offer technical support to development, method, and quality services.
- Technical training in watchmaking.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to unite teams around concrete projects.
- Proficient knowledge of machine tools.
- Experience with programming software, Gibbscam is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of SAP.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar position within the watchmaking industry.
Technical training in watchmaking.
