1. Manage the personnel within the machining sector, including programmers and setters, ensuring efficient production follow-up.
2. Ensure timely manufacturing processes.
3. Plan and allocate the workload of the team, focusing on programming and machining according to production constraints.
4. Coordinate daily activities to maintain operational efficiency.
5. Oversee the efficiency of the machinery, including settings and maintenance.
6. Drive continuous improvement of processes.
7. Manage sector resources effectively.
8. Guide and support team members towards achieving objectives.
9. Organize the management of consumables, production tools, and programs.
10. Monitor and follow production indicators such as quality, timelines, and costs.
11. Provide regular activity reports, including dashboards and production reports.
12. Participate in design and industrialization reviews.
13. Offer technical support to development, method, and quality services.

1. Technical training in watchmaking.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Strong communication skills and ability to unite teams around concrete projects.
2. Proficient knowledge of machine tools.
3. Experience with programming software, Gibbscam is advantageous.
4. Proficient in MS Office tools.
5. Knowledge of SAP.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar position within the watchmaking industry.

Technical training in watchmaking.
