1. Oversee the entire shipment process from pick-up to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Track shipments and update status in databases, troubleshooting and resolving supply chain issues such as shortages, delays, and damages.
3. Develop distribution plans and coordinate with stakeholders for timely and cost-effective replenishment.
4. Review and improve existing supply and logistics processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
5. Analyze logistics performance metrics and propose data-driven solutions.
6. Evaluate and select transportation vendors and carriers based on performance, cost, and reliability.
7. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to management.
8. Optimize supply chain transportation routes and negotiate better rates with suppliers.
9. Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, internal departments, and transportation providers.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
11. Identify and mitigate potential risks within supply chain operations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum 4 years of progressive work experience in a logistics role.
3. Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) and PowerBI.
5. Knowledge of shipping and distribution channels, inventory management principles, and transportation regulations.
6. Strong project management skills.
7. Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software is preferred.

Minimum of 4 years in a logistics role, demonstrating progressive responsibility and expertise.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
