1. Manage daily logistics tasks with the Central Stock and General Services, including merchandise control upon receipt and prior to dispatch.
2. Verify merchandise certificates against quality control matrices and label certified diamonds under 2 carats.
3. Oversee subcontracting orders and returns, including modifications to stone characteristics and certificate scanning.
4. Handle imports and exports, manage supplier returns, and track exceptional market dispatches for presentations.
5. Administer the scanning and database entry of stone certificates, and ensure the transfer and communication of certificates for finished products to the commercial team.
6. Participate in rotating inventory counts.
7. Manage team supply orders and track requests for Craazi/Capex/Opex.

1. Currently pursuing a Bac +2/3 level degree in a generalist program (BTS, Professional License, third-year business school).
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables and formulas) and PowerPoint.
3. Professional proficiency in English.
