1. Collaborate with retail and wholesale teams to support key operational topics such as store investments, renovations, and cost management.
2. Prepare budgets, plans, forecasts, and dashboards to ensure accurate financial tracking.
3. Analyze key financial performance indicators and conduct relevant analyses for cost monitoring.
4. Participate in monthly closing reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements in compliance with IFRS standards.
5. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures across European stores and departments.
6. Assist various departments with accounting, procedural, and financial issues.

1. At least 3 years of post-graduate experience in a similar role within an international environment, preferably in luxury jewelry or retail.
2. Master's degree from a prestigious business or engineering school.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and numerical sensitivity.
3. Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines.
4. Proficiency in SAP, PowerBI, and CEGID is an advantage.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar financial role within an international setting, ideally in luxury jewelry or retail.

Master's degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.
