Chaumet Jewelry Supply Chain Project Manager

- Oversee and secure jewelry supply chain processes, from order entry in ERP to factory dispatch and central warehouse stock entry, including delivery timelines and anomaly management.
- Coordinate with development, planning, operational marketing, stones, and data teams to ensure a delivery plan that meets expectations.
- Identify critical production phases or components and collaborate with suppliers, technical, and quality departments to secure them.
- Manage prioritization projects for critical references in collaboration with planning teams.
- Act as the primary contact for logistics and distribution planning teams to ensure product dispatch and availability at the central warehouse.
- Define and monitor performance objectives for suppliers through monthly KPIs.
- Facilitate supplier adoption of tools, processes, and transformation projects.
- Challenge suppliers on production plans and ensure continuous optimization of supply timelines, costs, and batch sizes.
- Participate in risk analyses for new product launches and manage allocation decisions.
- Lead action plans for supply and production risks and define delivery and performance objectives for projects and suppliers.
- Consolidate performance indicators for new product activities.
- Identify and implement improvements in global supply chain performance indicators.
- Proactively identify optimizations and develop tools to ensure reliable supply plans.
- Lead or participate in various transformation projects, including new tools, systems, flow planning, and production models.
- Degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program.
- Significant experience in supply chain management, supplier relations, or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP SAP.
- Knowledge of VBA, Anaplan, and Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and methodological abilities.
- Autonomous and proactive in a dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in supply chain management or related fields.
Degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program.
