1. Ensure the security of supply for finished products and maintain continuous communication with external suppliers and internal partners.
2. Manage and monitor operational orders, including replenishment and new product launches.
3. Participate in weekly meetings with suppliers to discuss workload, production schedules, challenges, and priorities.
4. Collaborate with Development and Quality departments to oversee the production of new collections.
5. Update lead times in the ERP system based on supplier information.
6. Communicate product availability information internally, particularly to Distribution and Marketing departments.
7. Update supplier shipment status and communicate to relevant departments.
8. Proactively contribute to continuous improvement by developing tools and routines to ensure reliable supply plans.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with a strong affinity for numbers.

1. Proficiency in Excel.
2. Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English is mandatory.
5. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with minimal professional experience.
