1. Ensure the security of finished product supply and maintain continuous communication with external suppliers and internal partners.
2. Manage and monitor operational order processes, including restocking and new product launches.
3. Participate in weekly meetings with suppliers to discuss workload, production schedules, challenges, and priorities.
4. Collaborate with Development and Quality departments to oversee new collection production.
5. Update ERP systems with supplier-provided timelines.
6. Communicate product availability information internally, particularly to Distribution and Marketing departments.
7. Update and transmit supplier shipment statuses to various departments.
8. Proactively contribute to continuous improvement by developing tools and routines to ensure reliable supply plans.

1. Bachelor's degree +4/+5 in engineering, business school, or equivalent university degree with a strong numerical aptitude.

5. Fluency in English
6. Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
