- Perform traditional setting techniques (grain, claw, bezel, pavé, millegrain finish, etc.) on various types of high jewelry pieces.
- Ensure all preparation steps are followed and maintain the quality of the piece once stones are set.
- Collaborate proactively with jewelers, polishers, and technical and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Participate in internal continuous improvement projects by regularly proposing progress ideas and ensuring the application of safety and security rules.
- Diploma in BJO and Arts and Crafts (CAP or BMA)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high jewelry
