1. Ensure the receipt of all invoices through direct supplier follow-up.
2. Reconcile and verify invoice data against current pricing in tracking spreadsheets.
3. Monitor unreceived items and manage relationships with various stakeholders within the Maison.
4. Input invoices into SAP system accurately.
5. Ensure timely supplier payments using reporting tools and indicators.
6. Propose optimizations for data verification processes.
7. Participate in transversal and operational tasks within the department.

1. Currently pursuing a Bac +2/3 level degree in a generalist curriculum.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
2. Fluency in English.
3. Proficiency in SAP (MM module).
4. Strong organizational skills and service orientation.
5. Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Proactive, adaptable, with a strong sense of priorities.
7. Experience with Power BI is advantageous.

Entry-level position; previous corporate experience is beneficial but not required.

Currently pursuing a Bac +2/3 level degree.
