1. Ensure all invoices are accurately received and tracked with direct supplier follow-up.
2. Reconcile and verify invoice data against current pricing in tracking spreadsheets.
3. Monitor and manage unreceived items, maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders.
4. Input invoices into the SAP system accurately and timely.
5. Ensure supplier payments are processed within designated timeframes using reporting tools and indicators.
6. Propose data verification optimization strategies.
7. Participate in cross-functional and operational tasks within the Industrial & Expertise Department.

1. Currently pursuing a Bac +2/3 level degree in a generalist curriculum.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables and formulas, Outlook) and fluent English.
2. Proficiency in SAP (MM module).
3. Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
4. Strong service orientation and excellent organizational skills.
5. Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills.
6. Proactive, responsive, with a keen sense of priorities and adaptability.

No prior experience required, although previous corporate experience is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a Bac +2/3 level degree in a generalist curriculum.
