1. Analyze and monitor retail KPIs across various regions, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, ASP, and UPT.
2. Develop PowerBi reports to assess store performance.
3. Implement and manage global store action plans to enhance commercial performance and customer satisfaction.
4. Coordinate mystery shopping campaigns in collaboration with the training team.
5. Co-develop and track store-specific action plans with regional teams and the training department.
6. Establish global incentive rules for the 'Bee Challenge.'
7. Manage store operations tools and processes, including uniform order processes in collaboration with the supply team.
8. Propose and oversee IT improvements for the POS system.
9. Manage licenses and support retail teams in using PowerBi.
10. Contribute to and animate the global retail community through seminars and monthly newsletters.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (Bac +5 equivalent).
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (sales merchandising, business analysis, or retail).
3. Strong commercial acumen and communication skills, both oral and written.
4. Interest in understanding diverse cultures and markets.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Experience with PowerBi is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical and modeling skills.
4. Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
5. Excellent teamwork and adaptability.
6. Fluency in written and spoken English.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar position, such as sales merchandising, business analysis, or retail.
