Chaumet International Retail Performance and Operations Coordinator

- Analyze and monitor retail KPIs across various regions, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, ASP, and UPT.
- Develop PowerBi reports to assess store performance.
- Implement and manage global store action plans to enhance commercial performance and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate mystery shopping campaigns in collaboration with the training team.
- Co-develop and track store-specific action plans with regional teams and the training department.
- Establish global incentive rules for the 'Bee Challenge.'
- Manage store operations tools and processes, including uniform order processes in collaboration with the supply team.
- Propose and oversee IT improvements for the POS system.
- Manage licenses and support retail teams in using PowerBi.
- Contribute to and animate the global retail community through seminars and monthly newsletters.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business (Bac +5 equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (sales merchandising, business analysis, or retail).
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Interest in understanding diverse cultures and markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with PowerBi is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent teamwork and adaptability.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar position, such as sales merchandising, business analysis, or retail.
