1. Analyze sales performance and store KPIs.
2. Gather qualitative feedback from various markets.
3. Enhance existing PowerBI reports.
4. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of store action plans.
5. Coordinate local incentives.
6. Oversee the 'Mystery Shopping' campaign and identify operational priorities per store.
7. Draft meeting minutes with different regions.
8. Assist in constructing and monitoring an animation schedule.
9. Propose ideas to engage the retail community.
10. Identify and share best practices across regions.
11. Aid in the coordination of ongoing projects.
12. Assist in defining and implementing new in-store processes.
13. Help create new retail procedures.

1. Student pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, political science, or a related field.
2. Strong commercial acumen and communication skills, both oral and written.
3. Interest in understanding diverse cultures and markets.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluent in English.
