- Collaborate with the Learning Director and team to design, produce, and update training materials for various formats including digital, in-person, and in-store events.
- Gather training needs and create content tailored to field requirements, aligned with key moments such as product launches, store openings, and customer experiences.
- Develop and implement in-store activities and challenges.
- Create organizational and planning tools for training deployment.
- Monitor and evaluate the operational and qualitative aspects of training sessions, including surveys and satisfaction questionnaires.
- Track development and performance metrics such as business KPIs and skill acquisition.
- Generate completion reports by market and globally.
- Coordinate training for Haute Joaillerie events in 2026.
- Oversee digital training reporting and coordination with local markets, fostering an international learning community.
- Contribute to the Learning Newsletter with updates, chronicles, and best practices.
- Conduct studies and benchmarks on retail learning trends, and research providers and learning solutions.
- Degree from a business school or university with a specialization in Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, Communication, or Retail.
- Business-oriented mindset with a focus on retail.
- Strong service orientation, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and excellent writing skills.
- Fluency in English.
Ideal candidates will have some initial experience in retail.
Degree in relevant field such as Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, Communication, or Retail.
