- Collaborate with the Learning Director and team to design, produce, and update training materials for retail, including digital, in-person, in-store, and event formats.
- Gather and create content tailored to field needs for key moments such as product launches, store openings, and customer experience events.
- Develop and deploy in-store activities and challenges.
- Create organizational and planning tools.
- Monitor the operational and qualitative aspects of training, including surveys, satisfaction questionnaires, and interviews.
- Track development and performance through business KPIs and skill acquisition.
- Generate completion reports by market and worldwide.
- Coordinate training for Haute Joaillerie 2026 events.
- Oversee digital training reporting and coordination with local markets and international learning community.
- Contribute to the Learning Newsletter with updates, chronicles, and best practices.
- Conduct studies and benchmarks on retail learning trends and research providers and learning solutions.
- Degree from a business school or university with a specialization in Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, Communication, or Retail.
- Business-oriented mindset with a preference for prior retail experience.
- Strong service orientation, rigor, and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and strong writing skills.
- Fluent in English.
Entry-level position, ideal for candidates with some initial experience in retail.
Degree in relevant field such as Marketing, Business Development, or Human Resources.
