1. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
2. Perform quantitative and qualitative sales analyses to identify sales opportunities and optimize stock flow.
3. Develop productivity tracking reports for High Jewelry events.
4. Provide cross-functional support within the team for ad hoc analyses.
5. Monitor assortment compliance and effectiveness by region, and prepare fill rate vs. target stock reports.
6. Oversee production pieces and ensure clear communication.
7. Prepare for biannual cluster/assortment review sessions.
8. Update Collection mappings.
9. Prioritize market allocations based on assortment (store or event).

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Political Science, or a related field, preferably in the final year of study.
2. Previous internship experience required.

1. Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in numbers.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
3. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
4. Commercial acumen and cultural market understanding.
5. Team-oriented with adaptability and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
6. Fluency in English is essential.
