- Develop and implement marketing and product development strategies for ranges and collections, aligning with the company's image and business objectives.
- Oversee the creation of 3-year marketing plans for new Retail and Wholesale products, ensuring alignment with market realities and competitive analysis.
- Formulate strategic recommendations for offer positioning and budgets, contributing to the construction of collections plans.
- Co-construct and deploy impactful 360 marketing mechanisms to enhance collection desirability and support commercial development.
- Coordinate marketing activations with headquarters teams, ensuring coherence with the brand's overall strategy.
- Engage with regions to maximize ROI of marketing and product plans, adapting to cultural and consumption preferences.
- Oversee the creation process of new products, ensuring adherence to Time to Market and alignment with brand image.
- Contribute to managing the active range across product segments, leading the Life Series plan for product evolution and optimization.
- Prepare impactful presentations on product segments and collaborate with training and merchandising teams for content development.
- Analyze sales dynamics of new products, conduct competitive analysis, and monitor market trends.
- Supervise and motivate marketing group leaders, defining objectives and supporting skill development.
- Master's degree or MBA in marketing, business, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in international marketing and product development, ideally in the jewelry and/or watchmaking sector.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with attention to detail.
- Curiosity and openness to marketing & communication practices in the luxury sector.
- Results-oriented with initiative-taking ability.
- Sensitivity to heritage richness and sustainability integration in strategies.
- Adaptability and assertiveness with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
A minimum of 10 years in international marketing and product development, preferably within the jewelry and/or watchmaking sector, with proven team management experience.
Master's degree or MBA in marketing, business, or equivalent.
