Chaumet International Head of High Jewelry Sales Merchandising

- Determine assortment and store clustering for High Jewelry, defining necessary stock levels and identifying authorized distribution outlets.
- Implement assortment strategies across various markets, supporting their premium commercial strategies.
- Allocate High Jewelry pieces to markets, considering local specificities and event calendars.
- Establish and manage the High Jewelry event calendar, both internationally and locally.
- Collaborate with markets to build assortments for each High Jewelry event, tailored to event scale and customer profiles.
- Organize regular rotation of pieces between markets to maximize sales opportunities.
- Monitor assortment effectiveness and implement necessary adjustments based on market feedback and sales results.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize market activity management and facilitate executive committee decisions.
- Manage collection status reviews and product lifecycle management, including new product framing.
- Bachelor's degree plus five years of education, ideally from a Business or Engineering School.
- Significant professional experience of at least 10 years in analytical, commercial, merchandising, and/or marketing roles. Previous experience in the jewelry sector is a major advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the Jewelry and Watch market, with a keen product sensitivity and understanding of industry trends.
- Proficiency in sales analysis tools and Business Intelligence (BI), as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum 10 years of significant professional experience in analytical, commercial, merchandising, and/or marketing roles, preferably within the jewelry sector.
Bachelor's degree plus five years of education, ideally from a Business or Engineering School.
