Chaumet International Digital and Media Director

- Develop and execute the comprehensive digital and media strategy for the Maison, leveraging a team of three specialized units: Sites/UX + Digital in-store, Media & Data, and Social Media.
- Co-design and manage both online and offline media strategies in alignment with the Maison's business and image objectives.
- Optimize campaign performance through detailed analysis of media performance KPIs, including reach, frequency, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Oversee the digital showcases of the Maison, ensuring operational execution across websites and local branded zones.
- Manage the online customer experience, focusing on design, content, navigation, information architecture (UX), branding/marketing, performance, and functionality.
- Supervise the animation and optimization of 31 Chaumet websites in 7 languages for both desktop and mobile.
- Lead social media communication and community management, developing platform-specific strategies and coordinating content creation for international markets.
- Assist and coordinate international markets on digital strategies and initiatives, including agency briefs and campaign management.
- Support commercial teams with digital tools and in-store animations, and prepare for e-commerce deployment.
- Manage a team of 6, alongside freelancers, interns, and external agencies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in digital agencies or as an advertiser.
- Experience in branding, media, and digital activity management for premium/luxury brands on an international scale.
- Broad digital expertise including social media, SEO, e-commerce, and project management.
- Proficiency in both paid and owned media, online and offline.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to manage digital opportunities across websites and social media.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Customer experience orientation.
- Technical specification and agency management skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
A minimum of 10 years of experience is required, with significant exposure to luxury brand management preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
