Chaumet International Digital and Media Director

Chaumet is a leading player in the high jewelry and jewelry sector. As a part of the LVMH group since 1999, Chaumet embodies Parisian jewelry excellence since its founding in 1780. 1. Develop and execute the global media and digital strategy.
2. Oversee three areas of expertise: Sites/UX + Digital in-store, Media & Data, and Social Media.
3. Co-develop and supervise media strategy and plans in line with business and image objectives.
4. Optimize campaign performance and analyze media performance KPIs.
5. Manage online customer experience, including design, content, and functionality.
6. Coordinate with E-Commerce/omnichannel teams.
7. Optimize and animate 31 Chaumet websites in 7 languages.
8. Supervise social media communication and community management.
9. Assist and coordinate international markets on digital strategies and initiatives.
10. Support new collection launches and create localized advertising content.
11. Manage a team of 6 people, freelancers, interns, and external agencies.

1. Bac + 5 in business school or equivalent.
2. Minimum 15 years of professional experience in digital agency or advertiser.
3. Experience in branding, media, and digital activity management for premium/luxury brands internationally.

1. Broad digital skills including social media, SEO, e-commerce, and project management.
2. Media skills (paid and owned), both online and offline.
3. Ability to innovate and manage digital opportunities.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills.
5. Customer experience orientation.
6. Ability to specify technical changes and lead external technical agencies.
7. Fluent in French and English.

Minimum 10 years of experience, with significant experience in a luxury brand being appreciated.

Bac + 5 in business school or equivalent.
