Chaumet Internal Control and Compliance Assistant

- Participate in the annual self-assessment campaign of key controls in accordance with LVMH group instructions and assist operational teams in implementing corrective actions for major deficiencies.
- Contribute to the renovation project of the boutique manual and the development of an audit framework.
- Conduct regulatory monitoring.
- Regularly raise awareness among employees on internal control and compliance topics.
- Maintain Chaumet's policies and procedures: evaluate their effectiveness, ensure their understanding and proper application internally.
- Ensure proper segregation of duties by managing role assignments in the ERP SAP and other systems.
- Define business roles and access rights.
- Perform monthly follow-up on exception reports (such as supplier account data modifications, manual price adjustments).
- Deploy the compliance program: Sapin II, Duty of Vigilance.
- Assist in monitoring action plans derived from anti-corruption risk mapping.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies on conflicts of interest and gifts.
- Train employees on corruption risks.
- Aid in strengthening duty of vigilance procedures concerning third parties.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) from a Grande École, business school, engineering school, or university in management/finance.
- Integrity, curiosity, and rigor.
- Strong interest in operational issues (field-oriented profile).
- Ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
Beginner level experience in a related field.
Master's degree in progress in management, finance, or a related field.
